• We export to anywhere in the world.

• Our quotes include crating, insurance and transport.

• We only use reputable courier companies.

• We do all the packaging and crating ourselves.

• Should we handle the export of the item that you have bought on your behalf, there is no VAT payable.

• Should you take the item that you have bought with you, it is inclusive of VAT at 15%, which you are able to claim back at the airport.

• Our quotes do not include any duties and/or taxes that may be payable in the country of destination.

• Please note that the parcel will not be released before the required duties/taxes are paid.

• We will liaise with you to make sure the parcel is sent when there will be somebody there to receive it. Please note that should the courier company have to store it in their warehouse, you may be charged a storage fee.

• Under normal conditions, it takes about two weeks from date of purchase to be delivered at your destination.​
